I grew up watching Trebek do Jeopardy, even though my grandmother would always talk about the fact that she watched the show back when it was hosted by Art Fleming. But i was born in 85, when Trebek was doing the show. When Alex took over Jeopardy, he was known as the "High Rollers" guy. I was in college and watched it almost every day the first year, and the guys in my dorm would derisively yell at the screen "Double! Roll a double!" At 78, it's hard to imagine that Trebek wouldn't seriously consider retiring pretty much every year. Although, like PGage, I'll always be an Art Fleming fan.
