All true. This didn't stop the NCGA or the Governor last night.

On a different front: the Falcons new stadium opens in 2017 and they've
made it very clear they want a Super Bowl. And the NFL has made it
reasonably clear if this bill passes, they're not going to get one (given
they moved Super Bowl 27 to LA from Arizona because of the Martin Luther
King Jr holiday flap, it is safe to assume they're not bluffing).
