Sounds like what you may have gotten in Pittsburgh is the "Daytime Jeopardy!" 
episode, which it looks like WPXI normally shows at 1:00 P.M. (They do update 
the national ads in those episodes from what they originally aired with a year 
ago - they may even run exactly the same ads as on the regular episodes - so it 
makes sense that there would be a Moderna commercial.)

with Mayim hosting. It looks like it was national and not just local. The
