[twitter-dev] Is GET list members authentication necessary?

Hello, I would like to take a list of mine with all my friends on it, and create a page on my website that displays their name, picture, bio, etc. But it looks like the GET list members API requires authentication. Out of curiosity, is there any reason for this? After all, list members are
