[twitter-dev] Lists randomly disappearing and reappearing (from API and website)

It seems like lists have been more unreliable than usual over the last few days. This is what we've been noticing: - /1/lists.json returns with missing lists (for example, we get sometimes 12 lists instead of 20. If we try to create a new list at this point, we get an error message saying there ar
