Just as a follow up - we've found the bug, and we have a fix. This
likely won't fix the few mistaken results you've already seen, but
will prevent any new mis-attributed retweets from showing up in the
results.

What are you coding in?
json_decode makes it pretty easy to ignore retweets since their title
tag is different.
