Is there any link between Twitter place information and Yahoo place information?
The Twitter trends API uses Yahoo WOEIDs. But the Twitter geo API talks about _Twitter_ place ids. It gives a list of other supported place-ids (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/places/finding-tweets-about-places) -- but strangely this doesn't include Yahoo.
