The following link works fine for users with access to #vintagetwitter but breaks on the first URL encoded & (%26) or # (%23) for users with #newtwitter: http://twitter.com/home?status=Trying+out+URL+encoding+%26+stuff+on+%23newtwitter+vs+%23vintagetwitter
