Is it possible to get both users and followings at the same time? It seems as if you are saying if you don't provide the with parameter you will get the 'users' option with the user stream by default. If not are you allowed to open two user streams one for users and one for followings? It doesn't seem like the API documentation is updated yet and is the reason for this clarification.
