Did they? I'm not sure. I had a problem, the read/write/dm access was always reverting to read only. Keep reverting it back. @twitterapi said it usually takes some minutes for that setting to be saved. Also I encountered the problem a few days back, it was automatically reverting. The API is deliberately made un-rich. Its difficult to use.
