Hello other Twitter Developers. The other day I had an idea for a little service to monitor trolls. So some code was punched out to monitor a hash tag and the #TrollWatcher service was born.
How it works is someone tags (#TrollWatcher) to a tweet and then a system check twitter and then adds any usernames in the tweets to a troll database.
