[twitter-dev] How can we change ownership of an app?

This has been asked before but not answered. How can we move ownership of an app to a different twitter user account? Thanks, Chris

The twitter integration on our site stopped working a couple days ago, it was unclear what caused this. Some investigation revealed that the getAccessToken() call was coming back with blank tokens. 1. Tried on dev server (different IP) with the same twitter app credentials and confirmed broken
