I have applied to be white listed for authenticating Twitter Users and
the response I received was:

Thanks for requesting to be on Twitter's API whitelist.
Unfortunately, we've rejected your request.

Here's why: This was completely blank

Please address the issues above and submit another request if
appropriate.
