[twitter-dev] Get screen name with OAuth
I guess this is a simple call to the API but I am not able to find the right answer, and the twitter gem I am using doesn't seem to provide that functionality, so what I want to know if is there a way I can get the screen_name or Id of an authenticated user via oauth using the access token and secret?

In the query string of the returned response, there is a field called screen_name. That will contain the screen name of the user that authorized the application. So when you get oauth_token and oauth_token_secret from the response, get screen_name also.
