Open the "find friends" function to developers. I.e. Developer can submit a bulk of email addresses of user to Twitter for purpose of friend matching. And while you're at it: Allow developers to subscribe new users to your service, also via API. It's like kids selling magazine subscriptions. It works. Finally: Get your asses out of the clouds.
