Hi, My company is offering a regional tweet-monitoring tool (http:// twittercrawl.de) and is collecting all tweets from Germany.
For doing this we decided to use the REST API and got our IP-Address whitelisted a little while ago. Everything is working fine except that we are getting reduced API-limits on the REST API for some days now. Instead of being allowed to post 20k requests the number is going up and down from 16k to 2.6k to 6k and so on. Unfortunately we are really depending on those 20k API requests per hour and are now wondering what could be the reason for that? Any help is appreciated!
