If the rate limit has been reached for your connection the widget is unable
to display Tweets. This is something the team is aware of but doesn't have a
timeline for solving yet.

Sometimes means not so often. Maybe, this fail/erroris caused by
API rate limit (from the same IP address)? I don't know why this
happens. Is it a bug? If so, I would like Twitter to fix this problem.
I'm not in a hurry about this.
