There is a Javascript OAuth library out there -- I'm not sure how well it works. I started working on one myself but couldn't get the hashes to compute correctly, no matter how hard I tried (and this was with a rather popular HMAC-SHA1 JS library out there, the same that the JS OAuth library that exists uses, AFAIK).
