@Anywhere's Connect with Twitter flow appears to use the requesting
site's root url as the callback url, rather than the callback url
specified in the Application details.  Can this be changed?

For now, consider everything @Anywhere does with callback urls a
transparent implementation detail. The callback you supply really is
to establish the domain and subdomain of your application. @Anywhere
works by using the current page for it's callback operations.
