What is the timezone used by the search API?
The first tweet hit with q=#todokeuntil=2011-03-16 is id=48156449427300352
which is created at Wed Mar 16 22:59:26 + 2011.
But there are tweets posted later on that day that should hit with the query
such as id=48171154753601536 which is

Is there a date limit for until parameter in search API? Is so what is it?
For example following gives nothing.
