I think I've found an odd bug: the subject pretty much summarizes it.
I'm geotagging by providing a long/lat.  These two tweets work fine,
i.e. the geotagging is preserved:

  Blackout in http://srsly.co/42 #justtesting

  #justtesting #outage #zip97214 http://srsly.co/42

However, these two do not.  The location is reported incorrectly (the
state of Oregon, instead of the long/lat's best place id match.)

  Blackout in 97214 http://srsly.co/42 #justtesting

  #justtesting #outage #97214 http://srsly.co/42

The only difference we can see is that the zipcode stands alone as a
word.
