After autentication using oAuth Adapter

Hi! i'm programming basic http post for twitter.
I allready have my applicaton in the app's of twitter developers.
Ihave the Consumer key, Consumer secret, Access Token (oauth_token)
and Access Token Secret (oauth_token_secret)
Here is my code:

You should encode the values in the Authorization: header.

Also i have double checked the signature and everything else and they
all seem correct (

Woke up this AM and went to check on a few things on our site... found that
all of the oAuth keys had been de-authorized that we had saved in our
database.
When I went to re-authorize, I got this error:
