Nobody ? Here a little bit more explanations.
I dont' really understand why this message cos I don't refresh the timeline. I load the timelime in application lauching and the user can refresh my timeline manually. So, I cannot exceeded the rate limit except if my provider use the same IP for all. I have no problem whith Wifi. I don't wanna use REST API using OAUTH cos I just wanna display the timeline, not reply, re-tweet etc. What can I do ?
