Is there a way to use the Twitter API to search for a user using partial strings or booleans? Let's say, searching for "hello" and coming back with "@helloluis", "@hellotoni", "@helloworld", etc.? (Ideally, hashes of these users' profiles?)
If not, is there a way to cobble this functionality together somehow? I've been looking around and can't find an obvious way to do this. :luis
