Quick question - Status code 403 is thrown for hitting the update limit, but as I understand it, it's also thrown if you're trying to DM someone who you're not following. So when a DM fails with status code 403, you cannot tell why just based on the status code.
I know you can parse the actual response, but shouldn't the status codes alone provide enough information to determine the nature of the error? Or am I missing something? Thanks
