[twitter-dev] Twitter Search Since Date Timezone

Hello,

What timezone are the search API since dates in? Doesn't seem to be
UTC 00:00 as results for a given day can go back further, eg:
searching 2009-08-26 returned one with 2009-08-25T23:02:09Z.
