Puzzled by a recurring , but sporadic problem. When trying to sign in at the Twitter Oauth url
http://twitter.com/oauth/authenticate or http://twitter.com/oauth/authorize even if I leave my input form fields blank, when clicking 'Sign In' I get a browser error message 403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. instead of an 'incorrect username, password' message. Anyone else experience this?
