I'm new to twitter and have been searching for a solution to send notifications to multiple twitter users in a batch/offline process. This batch exe will be written in c# and will be scheduled to run on a designated server at midnight. It will send various notifications to twitter users who have elected to receive the notifications from our application.
I will have the key and secret token for each user because each of the users would have gone through the oauth process. First of all, is this possible? Can someone direct me to a solution/example? Thanks
