I am curious if there are any restriction on what users can access
another users 'home_timeline'. I am assuming that only your
followers can access your home_timeline. Is this correct? it seems if
I attempt to call another accounts home_timeline, using the id
parameter, I simply get the home_timeline for the authenticating user.
home_timeline is only for the authenticating user. You can't access
someone else's (a long time ago you could, but not anytime anywhere near
recently).
