If you're running Windows or MacOS X with a persistent Internet connection, you should be syncing to the correct time automatically. On Linux, it's a bit trickier - you have to enable stuff, open firewall ports, etc. on some distros.

Just on the off chance you happen to be using openSUSE Linux, just go into YaST2 and use the NTP setup gizmo. NTP is disabled by default on openSUSE. I can't help you with other distros. ;-)
