Hi Greg, Transferring applications between accounts is handled by the hard-working folks behind a...@twitter.com. Send an email to that address from the email address currently associated with the account that owns the application, provide the consumer key or other identifying information, provide the target account you want to own the account, and they'll follow up with a few more questions and take care of it for you.
