User Streams have favorites and unfavorites for the logged in user and that user's followings. This feature is in preview and isn't yet available for service integrations, but we hope to fix that soon. Otherwise, favorites are a bit of a second-class object within Twitter, although we do want to make them on par with tweets and retweets and such, it's not easy.
