Hi Fabian, Yes, you can use Twitter's Verified Account badge to mark users who have the verified=true attribute on their user object.
This part of the Developer terms of service/rules of the road ( II, 4e ) clarifies a bit: "Do not use the Twitter Verified Account badge, Verified Account status, or any other enhanced user categorization on accounts other than those reported to you by Twitter through the API."
