Yes, this will be supported also. We should have the support rolling out
very early this week. It will be triggered via a query
parameter: stringify_ids=true

This will apply to the following:


- friends/ids.json
- followers/ids.json
- blocks/blocking/ids.json
- friendships/no_retweets/ids.json
- statuses/:status_id/retweeted_by/ids.json
