icon画像の取得には外部プログラムwgetが使われていますが、
Windowsなど、これをセットアップするのが面倒な環境も
あるようです。

にもそういうコメントが書かれていました。
そこでurl-retrieveを使ってwgetなしでもicon modeが動作する
ようにしてみました。

executable-find なんて便利なものが、files.el に含まれているとは知りませんでした。
