Attached is a zip containing updated versions of the zlib modules for
ICS, that now work with the DLLs.
I did test the DLL version with the original HTTP, but when I did
FTP a month later I used newer stream based APIs that were not
supported by the DLL unit, but did not update it. So now I have.
I've removed the DLL names from the INC file and put them in the DLL
unit, the single line left could move into icsdefs, but that would
need changing a few other units as well. I've not changed high or
obj, except for the dates to keep them matched.
