the problem that modal forms cause - ie they stop message
processing and hence socket I/O.
A modal form dont stop any message processing, nor socket I/O.

What is the standard solution for overcoming the
problem that modal forms cause - ie they stop message
processing and hence socket I/O.
Is there a compatible form that achieves the same result
that doesn't have this problem?
