witch is also the size of TWSocket's send buffer. As far as I know you
only have to do it in the sending program.

HttpCli does not return a proper status if there is a proxy in between,
so there is no way to know if a proxy should be used.
Returned error/statuscodes are:
ErrCode : 11004
StatusCode = 404
The statuscode should be 305 in this case
