Hi I´m researching on UPnP communication and I found that it relies on multicast messages sent to address 239.255.255.250 on port 1900
I tried to receive messages from this multicast address using ICS but it does not work. Using other multicast addresses it works just fine, but I simply can´t receive messages from multicast address 239.255.255.250:1900. Neither using Indy.. I can send messages to this address, and all UPnP devices answers to my request (I saw by sniffer), but I can´t receive it in my software. Do you know if there is any limitation on the under windows sockets layer? Thanks!
