[twsocket] AQTime reporting leak with DispatchMessage() using THttpCli

I have created some threads using THttpCli in a DLL with the main thread having its own message loop. Using AQTime, it is reporting some small leaks when I process the message loop (the line it zeroes-in on is DispatchMessage()). I upgraded to ICS v7 and it seems as if that greatly reduced the
