Hi People, Just a quick point.
Is the Exchange Server SMTP enabled ? Outlook doesnt use SMTP and you likely find that the pheonix software doesnt use SMTP either. If you use an IP Packet sniffer you will see that the messages sent from Outlook are completely different from the ICS SMTP messages. The SMTP Option is something that the clients IT people should be able to enable in the server setup options. Ross.
