I answer myself. It's not a bug in FtpCli, I will handle
that on the application level like the replies 450/550 as
well.

[twsocket] FtpCli - Bug or non RFC compliant server?

After command NLST the server in question does not send
a file due to an empty directory, reply code is 250.
In FtpCli OnRequestDone is triggered with Error 250,
although this is one of the possible OK replies.

Is it a bug in FtpCli, or on the server side?
