I tested my C++Builder VCL Windows application on Mac OS X using WINE and it worked reasonably well with one of the biggest problems being that HTTPS doesn't work right. HTTP does seem to work but not HTTPS.
Perhaps something with the libraries/DLLs HTTPS uses? One time, it seemed to fetch part of an HTTPS document, so I think it "halfway" works. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to spend a lot of time on this but if there is an easy resolution then I'd be interested. It would be nice to not have to say HTTPS doesn't work under WINE.
