Hello,
I have a client that complains that the Russian character "ÿ" is not accepted. It is included in KOI-8 and UniCode but recognized as control character in FTP servers including WU-FTP, ProFTP and ICS-FTP. Guild-FTP is fine.
How does one specify if file names are unicode in FTP?
