Most likely you did not have the correct paths to the include/lib paths
for your project.

You are right.
I have now recreated an application with the original files from scratch and
when I try to build I am getting the following:
Unable to find static library: OverbyteIcsDel110Package.lib
Trouble is I can't find that file anywhere, so I can't have installed this
properly.
