Oh ! Sorry, I was thinking you refreed to IcsBeta not OverbyteIcsBeta.
You are right, the file is missing. I've corrected the zip now.

It's OK: it's the same file.

I was refering to file "OverbyteIcsV6beta.zip" (the one on the download
page marked with red and labeled as "ICS V6 for Delphi 7 and 2006 Beta
(Jan 01, 2006)"). I tried "

icsbeta20060101.zip" and it works. Problem solved!

I checked right now. The icsdefs.inc file is in icsbeta20060101.zip.
Sorry, but it seems you have something messed up on your system !

Maybe you've messed the icsdefs.inc file up modifying it by yourself?

Cheers,

I do not have the companion CD so I used the one from your web site
(updated on Jan 1st). If you look into the zip archive, you'll notice
there's a icsdefs.inc file missing at least.

Which version do you use ?

There is a Delphi 2006 version delivered by Borland on Delphi 2006 partner
DVD (One of the DVD you received in your Delphi 2006 box).

You can also download latest ICS-Beta (same version as the one delivered by
Borland but even updated today !).

Definitely not need to have a separate forlder for each Delphi version !
There is only one ICS for _all_ delphi/win32 version (V2 to V2006 excpet V8)
and Delphi/Win16 (V1). There is another version for Delphi for .NET.

Use latest ICS-Beta updated today. That's the version I use in my own
applications.

I just did a first-time install of Delphi 2k6, so yes (I keep ICS folder
separated for each Delphi version).

Did you uninstall the previous version properly, including
deletion of old DCU files and such things?
