I have no C++ Builder SSL web server demo at hand,
however the non SSL WebServ demo works fine.

Ok but now another problem: Downloaded latest v7, tried to compile the
package with the definition NO_ADVANCED_HTTP_CLIENT_FEATURES and httprot
fails due to digest auth being not ifdef'ed problem!
