Most likely there are no changes required, just uninstall V6 and install V7.
If you run into trouble ask in this list, very unlikely IMO.

ICS v7 support Unicode with Delphi 2009 and later.  
v6 only supports up to Delphi 2007.

See above. Development of v6 stopped two or three years ago, only major
bugs get fixed with very few new features.
