Hello, One thing about SmartSniff (I use it for years), take care to use it with WinPCap as it may miss ingoing or outgoing datas depending your WinOS version. Also if you can't connect to IP addr of the device then it may not use TCP but UDP, this is quite usual with embedded devices.
