My sites were down for 3 days !!!

My websites are hosted by a reseller who was physically hosted by Alabanza.
Alabanza was bought by NaviSite who notified us that they were migrating us to
new servers. The original scheduled had all the Alabanza servers and websites
being synced up over a 4hr period last Saturday from 1a-5a.
First the migration was delayed, then started last Sunday night when the
nightmare begins.

I was down through Noon on Monday but some sites are STILL DOWN!!!!
Some small web based businesses are going out of business.

My reseller 5dollarhosting.com, did the best he could but it was unbelievable!!!
Navisite just keeps saying its almost fixed, a couple more hours..
Navisite's tech support is outsourced to India, with the servers in
Massachesuets
and resellers couldn't even get a server rebooted and management just kept
shoveling manure.

My reseller set up a blog (http://5dollarbackup.com/blog/)
to keep us informed and documented the whole thing
and is in the processs of moving us from Navisite to LiquidWeb.
